Job Opportunity: Executive-Level ISR Planner

Leidos is seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded professional to support operations at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE. The ideal candidate will lead executive-level analysis and operational assessments, applying advanced principles, theories, and concepts across planning, deployment, operations, and enhancement of cutting-edge ISR, targeting, analytical, and cyber systems and capabilities.

This role demands innovative technical solutions to complex problem sets, performance and efficiency evaluations, and the development of new ISR integration capabilities within Joint warfighting constructs.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert bridging air component operations, planning, intelligence elements, producer units, and RFI customers for specific taskings.
  • Validate and enforce Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), system operations, and standardized procedural instructions for multi-discipline ISR, targeting, analysis, and geospatial support.
  • Lead and manage multi-discipline ISR planning and production activities aligned with mission objectives and operational taskings.
  • Provide administrative and strategic guidance across mission areas, delivering correlated and fused intelligence analysis to meet command-validated requirements.
  • Conduct advanced analysis of intelligence problem sets, trends, networks, and system-of-systems constructs.
  • Support subordinate ACC units by recommending enhancements to intelligence production and platform management through locally developed advanced analytics.


Basic Qualifications
  • Master’s degree and 15 years of relevant analytical experience, with at least part of that experience within the last 2 years ,OR a Bachelors Degree with 20 years of relevant analytical experience, with at least part of that experience within the last 2 years.
  • Extensive background in Joint Military Environments, Special Operations, and Targeting.
  • Proven analytical leadership with expertise in developing and executing production methodologies, tradecraft, and techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in strategic and operational-level planning.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior government leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in building and sustaining high-performing teams.
  • Track record of driving organizational improvements while effectively managing risk.
  • Deep understanding of the Air Force Targeting Enterprise and the end-to-end targeting process.
  • Ability to provide strategic counsel, technical guidance, and subject matter expertise to unit leadership and policy makers.
  • Strong grasp of unit and personnel readiness requirements.
  • Current TS/SCI clearance.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Senior Leadership Executive or Administrator.
  • Multi-disciplinary expertise in Joint and Special Operations.
  • Graduate of War College or holder of equivalent certification.
  • 20+ years of combined experience in Military, Government, and/or Intelligence sectors.

Pay Range: Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
