We are seeking a Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support the H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopters Program (PMA-299) in Patuxent River, Maryland. This is an in-office position. The Program Management Analyst, Journeyman will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,824.00-$112,478.47 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.

Duties:
- Maintain PM and DPM's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, de-conflicting calendar/meeting discrepancies, printing and posting daily calendars outside the PM and DPM's office.
- Responsible for answering both the PM and DPM office phone lines from incoming calls and inquiries, and checking PM's voicemail before relaying messages to the PM.
- Ensure PM and DPM read-ahead briefs and documents are printed for their advance review as needed.
- Coordinate with PEO (A) on schedules and availability of staff as needed.
- Download and send out Leadership RAH's to distro list.
- Schedule conference rooms.
- Review, route internally for approval and send Public Release requests to PEO PAO for approval.
- Responsible for all document routing for 299 internally through the program office as well as PEO (A).
- Set up classified VTC's as well as Teams meetings for Leadership.
- Mail FITREPs.
- Responsible for military personnel reporting to urinalysis requests, providing final response to PEO (A).
- Schedule weekly calendar review with PM, DPM and Ops Lead.
Required Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
Substitution Language:
- Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Required Experience:
- 3-10 years of experience supporting NAVAIR leadership.
- Experience using DTS is a plus.
