FishEye Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Integration and Test (SW I&T) Lead to join our Tactical Radar Program team. This critical role will lead the integration and testing of software systems, ensuring alignment with program requirements, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with cross-functional engineering teams and customers.

This position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance and is 100% on-site in Marlboro, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage software integration and testing efforts for the Tactical Radar Program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate System Adjustable Parameters (SAPs) and ensure accurate identification of changes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules to validate system functionality and performance.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain build handoffs and operational transitions between various testing sites.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software integration issues, ensuring timely resolution to meet program milestones.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful execution of the software integration and test phases.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling technical briefings and reports to customers, effectively "telling the story" of program progress and results.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality assurance standards, safety protocols, and program compliance requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for software-related test activities, coordinating efforts across engineering disciplines to achieve program goals.
Required Skills:
• US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software integration and testing, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Strong understanding of System Adjustable Parameters (SAPs) and their role in system functionality.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
• Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, system testing methodologies, and test automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Desired Skills:
• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience working with tactical radar systems or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations for aerospace and defense systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage testing across multiple sites and facilities.
