Senior Executive Consultant
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (On-Site / Hybrid per Government direction)

Position Overview
STi is seeking a Senior Executive Consultant to provide strategic supply-chain and industrial-base advisory support to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) under the Industrial Capability and Warstopper Support Services program. This role serves as a key advisor to DLA leadership, applying advanced supply-chain management and industrial capability expertise to enhance readiness, risk analysis, and sustainment planning across the DoD industrial base.
Responsibilities
• Advise senior DLA and DoD leadership on strategic industrial base issues, supply chain resiliency, and program priorities.
• Lead the development and implementation of supply-chain management strategies aligned with Warstopper and Industrial Capability objectives.
•Analyze industrial base trends, risks, and capacity data to inform investment decisions and policy recommendations.
• Oversee the integration of financial, logistical, and operational data to support sustainment and readiness objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across DoD components, industry, and inter-agency partners to identify critical supply-chain dependencies and mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive-level briefings and deliverables that translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior decision makers.
Required Qualifications
• Active Secret Clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from an accredited university (with at least one degree from a business school or technical/science discipline)
Experience: Minimum 12 years professional experience, including:
• 5 years addressing supply-chain or industrial-base issues
• 5 years working with Federal clients or as a civil servant / military member
• 5 years supporting the DoD Industrial Base and 2 years specifically supporting DLA
• Functional Expertise: Supply Chain Management Practices
Certifications:
• Level II Information Assurance Certification (required)
Preferred – Recognized Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS CPIM / CSCP) or DAWIA Level III certification
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with DLA Industrial Capability Program (IC Program) and Warstopper Program objectives.
• Experience with DoD policy development, industrial base risk analysis, and return-on-investment studies.
• Proven ability to brief executive leadership and synthesize data for high-level decision making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in multi-agency or cross-functional teams.
