TEKsystems is seeking a Front End Developer to support the Missile Applications Software Support (MASS) program in Bellevue, NE. This role involves enhancing and modernizing advanced targeting software used by USSTRATCOM for strategic deterrence and war planning. The position includes front-end development, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipeline management in a secure Agile DevOps environment.
Salary Range: $83,200 – $124,800/year
Final compensation is based on experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain front-end components using Angular or React
Support deployment automation using Jenkins, Ansible, and containers
Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
Conduct unit and integration testing, code reviews, and defect remediation
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and government stakeholders
Contribute to modernization efforts of legacy systems into microservices architecture
Required Skills:
JavaScript, Angular (preferred) or React
Java and REST technologies (J2EE fundamentals)
DevOps tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Maven, Gradle, Docker
CI/CD pipeline experience
Object-Oriented Design and software design patterns
Active Secret Clearance with ability to upgrade to TS
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience deploying applications on WebLogic/Linux
Experience with Git, VSCode, and container orchestration
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and secure software development
Ability to quickly understand and enhance existing software solutions
