Product Owner (SAFe) - Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Ft. Wayne, IN
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications:
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
• Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.
• Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software.
What You Bring to the Table:
• 2-3 years of experience in a Product Owner role, preferably with embedded software.
• Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
• Proficiency in C, C++ and C#.
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable tasks.
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products.
