You will be the Project Management Rep for the Logistics Program Team. Our team is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end logistics solutions that drive mission success for our Special Operations Forces contract.

Basic Qualifications:
• Warehouse experience
• Project management experience
• Familiar with DoD Warehouse Policy & Procedures
• Experience developing and conducting training for product end-users and stakeholders
• Ability to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions and implement strategies to overcome obstacles
• Experience reviewing/updating policies and procedures
• Familiar with Warehouse Safety practices
• Experience setting up layouts for efficient space utilization
• SOF GLSS experience
Desired Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Understanding of risk management and mitigation
• Proactive, self-motivated and diplomatic
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project)

Description:
You will be the Project Management Rep for the Logistics Program Team. Our team is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end logistics solutions that drive mission success for our Special Operations Forces contract.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Management Rep you will be responsible for coordinating logistics and program activities, ensuring performance metrics are met, and aligning project outcomes with overarching business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations and program execution, including key performance indicators for warehouses and system transitions.
- Create, track, and report logistics and program metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with customers, 3PL partners, Global Supply Chain, Production Operations, Quality, IT, and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Establish milestones, monitor plans and schedules, and ensure projects stay aligned with business objectives.
- Recommend space‑utilization and flow solutions by working with partners on storage optimization.
