Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) Is actively seeking an Executive Assistant/Scheduler to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).

Responsibilities:
1. Proactively manage a complex and dynamic calendar, strategically prioritizing competing demands and requests
2. Work with internal team members to ensure briefing materials and agendas are prepared in advance of all meetings
3. Provide administrative support to leaders to include travel coordination and email management
4. Coordinate adaptive scheduling of internal and external meetings with senior-level leaders and other key stakeholders
5. Support administrative logistics around travel and events
6. Work with other front office staff to support office workflow and logistics
7. Support communication within executive teams; serve as a POC for incoming requests

Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in an R&D or Advanced Research Projects Agency, such as ARPA-H, DARPA, ARPA-E, etc.
2. 5+ years of experience providing administrative and/or scheduling support to senior leaders
3. 3+ years of experience in federal contracting or government
4. Experience providing executive support to include scheduling, following up on travel arrangements, developing and editing communications, and interacting with several levels of personnel
5. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
6. Experience with scheduling software and tools
7. Strong communication skills with experience engaging a broad range of stakeholders, including U.S. and foreign government officials in addition to private sector executives
8. Ability to be well-organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines

Preferred experience:
7+ years of experience providing administrative and/or scheduling support to senior leaders

Education: Associate's. Bachelor's degree preferred

Position is 100% at client site at ARPA-H in Washington D.C.
