Procurement & Logistics Engineer (Ataşehir PMO)

We are seeking a Procurement & Logistics Engineer to execute material procurement and logistics operations for international construction projects, based at our Ataşehir PMO. This role is ideal for a Civil or Industrial Engineer with hands-on experience in supply chain processes within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute bulk procurement for materials sourced outside the US (US-based procurement is handled by our Lombard, IL team).
• Collaborate with technical procurement engineers to process and follow through on purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, ensure timely material readiness, and coordinate international and domestic shipments, including customs and freight.
• Record and track all procurement and logistics actions in the ERP system.
• Align procurement activities with project timelines through close coordination with internal teams and global suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Familiarity with international shipping, Incoterms, customs clearance, and freight logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and capable of handling multiple procurement and logistics workflows.
• Turkish citizens or individuals with valid residency and work permits.
