Overview

VTG is seeking a Senior Director, AML, responsible for project leadership, growth, operations, and execution performance of Supply Chain projects enabled by digital capabilities. The Senior Director is also responsible for supporting the identification, qualifications, proposing, responding, and execution of new contracts within the Federal Government, specifically the DoD.

What will you do?

Operations

o Moderate to significant responsibility for advancing the Adaptive Mission Logistics Line of Business with an emphasis on Logistics, Supply Chain and Operational Readiness in Land based operations, Aviation and Maritime.

o Ability to understand the Market through Qualification and Capture of Opportunities.

o Lead and execute the response to Proposals for Opportunities.

o Execution depth [Project Leadership, Solution comprehension, and overall Client facing skills] of Projects

o Strong leadership and command of all projects and requirements contributing to the success of the projects under her / his responsibility.

o Source new ideas from all levels in the organization, as well as from external advisers or consultants.

o Communicate financial performance of the project across all factors - Resources, ODCs and Travel.

o Develop Supply Chain and Logistics Digital Solutions, Project financials and workforce staffing forecasts for measurement against proposed values.

o Conduct comprehensive monthly program business reviews for all projects under their responsibility.

o Work across line and indirect organizations to identify opportunities for improving quality, efficiency, and cost savings.

o Clearly communicate achievements and growth areas of the projects and within the Account

o Keep management apprised of customer and competitor environments.

o Promote and oversee compliance with all corporate operational policies and standards.

Growth

o Actively contributes to defining and implementing the vision and strategic roadmap to support a transformational and growth-oriented organization.

o Identify and understand federal government customer requirements and resulting business opportunities.

o Identify and contribute to managing key partner relationships from routine to moderately complex arrangements.

o Participate in Government / Industry forums and trade shows to cultivate business opportunities.

o Contribute and/or Lead to pipeline development, capture strategies and proposal development.

o 12+ years' related experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Quality or Engineering services industry with demonstrated project performance.

o Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and results.

o Knowledge of federal business acquisition process.

o Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.

o Excellent interpersonal skills; thorough, clear, and timely oral and written communications; Ability to make formal presentations.

o Demonstrated subject matter credibility.

o Attention to detail and superior time management and organizational skills.

o Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). PowerBI and Power Automate are a "Plus"

o Eligibility for U.S. security clearance.

o Willing to travel.

Education and/or Experience

o Bachelor's Degree: Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, Operations, Manufacturing
