MTSI is looking for a talented Senior Program Analyst to join our team. In this role you will get to provide technical engineering support to MDA's Director for Engineering (MDA/DE) Engineering Management (MDA/DER). MDA/DER integrates all the functions required to manage the MDA engineering enterprise, to include infrastructure and program controls; technical analyses for personnel and business operations; financial planning; and developing and coordinating MDA/DE policies and procedures. The work is performed primarily via telework with occasional meetings with the on-site government team leads at the MDA facility at Fort Belvoir, VA.

- Support program/budget planning and manpower analyses
- Develop budget justification documents (R-Docs)
- Support issue paper development
- Analysis and tracking for Congressional RFIs/RTC, including UFR development, justification, and tracking support
- Other assigned tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree and 12+ years of related professional experience or Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of related professional experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) skills, include experience with large multiple sheet workbooks, formulas/functions, including business/financial and pivot tables
- Experience with resource planning, cost estimation, resource mapping and tracking to a given baseline
- Experience working in database environments (PRIDE or ORBIT experience preferable)
- Excellent Communications skills and ability to multi-task
