Job Description
Support and contribute to program management, monitoring, and support for ACC intelligence exercises.
Provide exercise planning and technical support to exercise, training, test, and readiness events on an ad hoc basis (typically five events per quarter).
Provide technical support, assistance , and advice on ACC intelligence exercise matters at the Service, Joint, and Intelligence Community (IC) levels.
Assist, support, and contribute to improving MAJCOM organizational support structure and program management functions.
Identify , evaluate, and integrate applicable DoD, Service, and IC doctrine and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) into ACC and subordinate unit exercise development and training.
Provide MAJCOM-level representation during the drafting, review, editing, and staffing of intelligence policy and guidance documents related to the ACC exercise program.
Participate in, monitor, plan, and administer meetings, working groups, and other exercise planning forums to assist A2 in advocating, planning, and implementing MAJCOM and Combat Air Forces (CAF) policy, doctrine, and TTPs.
Ensure unit training objectives conform to Air Force (AF) and ACC exercise training objectives , aligning with mission-essential task lists and training standards.
Required Skills
Current TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance.
MA/MS with 10+ years experience
Previous exercise planning experience.
Solid knowledge and/or experience with USAF Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities and processes.
Experience with one or more of the following USAF ISR missions:
Unit-level intelligence (fighter/bomber)
Air Operations Center / Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Division (AOC/ISRD)
ISR collection (GEOINT, SIGINT)
Targeting

Desired Skills
Staff experience at the NAF or MAJCOM level.
Familiarity with or experience attending BLUE FLAG.
Weapons School graduate .
Staff experience at the NAF or MAJCOM level.
