We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to senior leaders within our Precision Guidance & Sensing Solutions (PGSS) Business Area. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative support, leveraging advanced technical capabilities to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strong ability to work independently, think critically, and provide strategic support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, meeting support and expense reporting
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to enhance business operations and productivity
  • Utilize advanced technical skills to create complex reports, presentations, and correspondence, including data analysis and visualization
  • Serve as a liaison between senior leaders, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Manage and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information, demonstrating discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate and execute high-profile events, meetings, and conferences, both on and off-site
  • Leverage cutting-edge collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, and more to create a seamless and connected team experience.
  • Maintain advanced-level proficiency in MS Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software applications
  • Analyze and recommend process improvements, implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, providing administrative support and guidance as needed


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive-level administrative support, preferably in a defense or aerospace industry setting
  • Advanced technical skills in MS Office, including expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to work independently, think critically, and provide strategic support to senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft complex reports and presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile team environment and collaborating with cross-functional groups and individuals.
  • Strong self-starting and self-closing skills, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a focus on building effective working relationships and creating a positive work environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support, preferably in a defense or aerospace industry setting
  • Expertise in database management, data analysis, and visualization tools
  • Experience with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
  • Certification in administrative professionals, such as CAP or OM
  • Experience working with senior leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, and other executive-level personnel
  • Familiarity with defense and aerospace industry protocols, procedures, and regulations


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $54220 - $86752

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
