Overview
The Integrated Logistics Specialist, Senior provides essential logistics support services to the Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) to develop, implement, and maintain systems engineering processes and documents (i.e. systems engineering plans (SEPs), configuration management plans, risk management plans, and integrated master plans) to support the PM PNT products.
Responsibilities
· Participate in classified and unclassified meetings and IPTs as required.
· Lead and manage logistics support activities for PM PNT programs using their comprehensive understanding of Army logistics regulations and acquisition processes.
· Develop and review complex logistics documentation, provide expert technical advice during proposal evaluations, and lead the preparation for and response to logistics audits (Army Audit Agency, ASA, DA/G4, DoD IG).
· Formulate short and long-range logistics plans, analyze budgetary requirements, and proactively identify and recommend improvements to logistics processes and procedures. This includes providing input, analysis, and recommending changes to logistics resource planning and budgetary products derived from logistics requirements, as well as assisting with the planning and coordination of the Operations Program Summary (OPS) 29 or depot maintenance budgetary process, and POM Program Reviews.
· Assist in the development of internal controls, policy standards, and procedures as new policies, laws, and directives are released.
· Support fielding synchronization meetings by coordinating, preparing, and briefing information associated with PM PNT systems in support of PM PNT product IMSs.
· Support logistics audits and audit readiness testing by maintaining, collecting, reviewing, updating, and providing logistics and sustainment documentation to PM PNT.
· Assist in preparing, reviewing, and commenting on SOOs, SOWs, PWS, performance specifications, and associated acquisition documentation and provide technical advice and assistance regarding proposal evaluation.
Qualifications
Required:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field of study
· Seven (7) years of experience in Integrated Logistic Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of DOD application.
· Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education
· TS/SCI Clearance
