Essential Duties
Test Planning & Coordination
- Serve as the Space Delta 12 point of contact for test programs at SSC, supporting 88+ acquisition and test programs across five Program Executive Offices (PEOs).
- Coordinate integrated test staffing requirements and ensure continuity across DEL 12 and SSC initiatives.
- Attend and contribute to program meetings, working groups, and test planning events across agencies.
Cross-Agency Collaboration
- Support DEL 12's participation in test and evaluation design working groups, measures workshops, and integrated test teams.
- Interface with SSC, SPOs, DOT&E, and other stakeholders to streamline test processes and mission alignment.
- Represent DEL 12 in cross-functional forums such as the Standard Contract Language Working Group and T&E Summit Planning.
Strategic Test Integration
- Assist in reviewing and interpreting acquisition documentation to ensure continuity and mission-focused test execution.
- Provide technical insight to ensure SSC programs align with Space Delta 12 integrated test goals.
- Promote early test involvement in acquisition and contract development for space systems.
Subject Matter Expertise & Programmatic Insight
- Provide continuity and guidance across mission areas to enhance system-of-systems testing and analysis.
- Advise DEL 12 and STARCOM leadership on test impacts across vertical and horizontal mission areas.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in DoD or USAF operational test & evaluation (OT&E).
- Working knowledge of Operational Test (OT) and Developmental Test (DT) processes.
- Familiarity with USSF organizational structure and Delta-level mission sets.
- Experience with DoD acquisition and contracting processes.
- Proficiency in System of Systems (SoS) analysis and requirement traceability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in AFOTEC, space operations, or space system acquisition.
- Familiarity with AFSPC systems (space surveillance, missile warning, satellite command & control).
- Experience working with Director, Operational Test & Evaluation (DOT&E).
- Understanding of RFPs, SOWs, ICDs, and other acquisition lifecycle documentation.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience may be combined for total years of experience.
Required Clearance
- Top Secret / SCI clearance
Travel
- Occasional travel required to Colorado Springs, CO, and Kirtland AFB, NM
