The place of performance for this contract will be:
• Northrop Grumman Corporation office location at 12350 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, VA 23602;
• Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), PEO C2C, 6914 Cooper Ave, Fort Meade, MD 20755-7099;
• Visits and Temporary Duty (TDY) locations, as needed, both CONUS and OCONUS. Prior Approval is required. Contractor personnel shall possess, at a minimum, a Final Secret clearance. Subcontractor personnel with interim Secret clearances will not be able to perform work on this contract until their Final Secret clearance has been obtained and approved. The subcontractor will process visit requests to obtain “No Escort” or a picture badge at any NG facility and sites to be visited. Subcontractor will be provided a DD Form 254 to perform classified work and will not be allowed to view classified documents for this program until it receives the document.
Software Engineer - Junior - 13. Software Engineer - #26G and #26C
(a) Performs conceptual design, detailed design, code, and unit test of critical IT programs within a subsystem or system-of-systems
(b) Supports integration testing of programs within a subsystem or system-of-systems
(c) Supports design and development of databases.
(d) Generated Interface Control Documents (ICDs), documenting the interfaces between programs
(e) Supports the development of Acceptance Test Plan and Procedure documents.
(f) Requires knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in software engineering and applications and systems development.
(g) Participates in all phases of software development and engineering, including system design, analysis, and modeling at a highly technical level
(h) Performs software and information engineering, including full life cycle application systems design and development.
(i) Works from specifications to develop and modify operating software programming applications.
(j) Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs.
(k) Assists in the definition of limited design specifications and parameters.
(l) Resolves hardware and software compatibility and interface design considerations.
(m) Assists in the analysis of system architecture requirements, performs requirements acquisitions and definition and data analysis, and may customize purchased applications.

(a) Provides customer support in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of computer systems programs, software, and operations to ensure that systems are functioning according to design specifications.
(b) Provides technical support and diagnoses and resolves system problems. Analyzes and documents users’ functional and data requirements.
(c) Conducts research and analyzes technology information relative to tasking. Participates in the development of new systems or tailor's commercial products to meet user requirements.
