As a All Source Analyst with MTSI you will provide direct support to a Department of Defense customer for the Space Security and Defense Program.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
o Space related threats, capabilities, and architectures
o Collection Requirements and other formal intelligence tasking
o foreign multi-domain military systems and operations

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Lead advisor to DoD program managers on threat systems and vulnerabilities
- Conducts independent intelligence researching, engages intelligence professionals on collection and production to meet war fighter requirement
- Generate written threat assessments and support technical threat modeling
- Have the ability to translate complex ideas and data into simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action
- Provides advice, technical guidance and expertise to program staff in the following areas:
o Space related threats, capabilities, and architectures
o Collection Requirements and other formal intelligence tasking
o foreign multi-domain military systems and operations
Required Qualifications:
- 15 years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than two (2) years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment
- Experience must include red space systems order of battle, capabilities, and countermeasures.
- Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated
- Excellent oral, written, and reporting communication skills
- Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and highly dynamic environment
- Ability to multi-task and maintain deadline punctuality during pressurized situations
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a science, engineering, or technical field
- Masters Degree in a science, engineering, or technical field DESIRED
Clearance Requirements:
- Top Secret, SCI Eligible; SAP experience within last 5 years or SCI in lieu of.
