System Operator 
Location: Aurora, CO. 
Required Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with troubleshooting application and/or system problems, and familiarity working with messaging or other applications and/or technology related to communications. 
• Responsible for visually monitoring computer system displays for any anomalies and performing corrective actions as required.
• Ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor.
• Supports a 24x7x365 operational environment and averages 42 hours per week with occasional overtime.
• Must be able to support day or night shift, weekends, and be able to complete 12-hour shifts. The work schedule is subject to change at the program manager’s discretion.
• Operations and Communications background and be able to complete the Operator Certification process and maintain certification throughout employment.
• Will interface directly with system users and the government customer.
