LTC Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled C4I Communications Systems Analyst to provide support services for one of our government clients.



Job Title: C4I Communications Systems Analyst



Job Description: The C4I Communications Systems Analyst provides C4I systems expertise in troubleshooting/issue resolution, diagnostics of tactical communications and networks, and C4I system set-up, maintenance, upgrades, and configuration management for fielded C4I systems. The analyst contributes to efforts to streamline data analysis/collection efforts, maximizes technology to optimize data validation processes, and participates in continuous process improvement initiatives.



Location: Quantico/Stafford, VA

Work type: Onsite

Travel: up to 25% (domestic and foreign)


Current US Passport required.



Required Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess the following:



Active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET Clearance.
4+ years' experience with Naval/Marine Corps C4I systems, preferably shipboard
U.S. Citizenship required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and staff.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.
Ability and willingness to travel on a flexible schedule as needed (25%).
Current US Passport.


Specific Duties: The successful candidate must have demonstrated strengths in multiple Naval/Marine Corps C4I systems activities. Specifically, the C4I Communications Systems Analyst will:



Coordinate, maintain and improve the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Afloat Baseline (MAB) in conjunction with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communication, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), Office of the Chief of Navy Operations (OPNAV) N2/N6, Fleet Forces Command, Naval Cyber Forces, Naval Network Warfare Command, and Navy Fleet organizations.
Perform a configuration management analysis of afloat C4I resources and maintain the C4 configuration baseline status of Navy and embarked force spaces.
Maintain amphibious and Maritime Prepositioned Ships (MPS) availability schedules to support Blue-in-Support-of Green systems and equipment installation.
Collect data to create a comprehensive list of integrated and interoperable C4 systems and associated software to Marine Corps operational forces and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC)/Program Executive Offer Land Systems (PEO LS) program offices that support MAGTF network architecture in the afloat environment.
Assess the feasibility of MCSC program offices providing technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) support for United States Marine Corps (USMC) C4 MAGTF and Final Integration Testing events; this requires direct communication with I, II, and III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Deploying Group Systems Integration Testing (DGSIT) coordinators.
Document and track resolution of DGSIT systems integration and interoperability issues
Draft all DGSIT event support documentation.
Interact with all levels of personnel, particularly users in assigned client department(s) and vendors.
Serve as the information resource for client users.
Provide training to client users on the use of systems (as applicable).
Remain knowledgeable of operations and the computer systems within the client environment to provide comprehensive support.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Desired Qualifications: Additional desirable qualifications include the following:



6+ years prior work experience equivalent to USMC (MOS O6XX/28XX) or Navy Communications.
Knowledge of DGSIT coordination.
Understanding of MCSC.
Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) experience.


Working Environment and Physical Requirements: This position largely operates in a professional office environment. Persons applying for this position must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
