SailPoint Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA)

Join a mission-focused engineering team working on enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions that safeguard critical systems and data. We’re seeking a SailPoint Engineer who can design, implement, and maintain IdentityIQ and IdentityNow deployments supporting government and enterprise environments.
Position Description:
Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow based on established designs.
Develop and extend custom connectors, plug-ins, and SCIM/REST integrations for SaaS, HRMS, IaaS, and mainframe systems.
Maintain and support SailPoint environments, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform) for SailPoint code deployments.
Support the design of SoD policies, birthright access models, and access review frameworks.
Contribute to full lifecycle deployments—from requirements gathering to go-live and steady-state operations.
Create detailed documentation for configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
-3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow implementation experience.
-5+ years in IAM/IGA, covering provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and certification workflows.
-Programming skills in Java, BeanShell, REST/JSON, and SQL; scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash a plus.
-Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, WS-Fed, PKI, and SCIM.
-Experience with Linux and Windows server administration, Active Directory / LDAP, and relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
-Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jira/Confluence.
-Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or equivalent credential.
Working knowledge of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, or ISO 27001 frameworks.
