Description:As a Systems Engineer Level 5 on the F-22 Lifecycle Management (LCM) Team, you will:
- Lead Systems Engineering activities to meet program technical requirements.
- Develop, Lead and Present Milestone Engineering Events, including but not limited to Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs).
- Prepare and Manage Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for program bids.
- Coordinate and Lead meetings with customers, serving as a key point of contact to align objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Oversee and report on systems engineering management efforts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- F22 Program Experience
- Life Cycle Management Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to obtain a clearance to a SAP area.
- Ability to solve Complex Problems
Desired Skills:
- CAM Certified
- Tableau Experience
- Basis of Estimate (BOE) Experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
