Description:This position is on the Fort Worth based F-35 Signature Integration team for a role that will support all second shift production operations related to ATF testing and Flight Science Critical roles.
More specifically, this candidate is responsible for executing ATF (Acceptance Test Facility) Signature Acceptance Testing, performing RCS (RADAR Cross Section) diagnostics during testing, generating aircraft acceptance/failure reports, and coordinating with MRB (Material Review Board) to disposition Flight Science DRs (Deficiency Reports) and drive to closure supporting aircraft DD250. As part of the aircraft RCS testing, the candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with the remaining Fort Worth Signature team on first shift to create presentations giving specific technical details and analysis of each aircraft tested. This individual will also be responsible for providing on-call production support to conduct RVE (Repair Verification Equipment) acceptance testing, pre and post ATF as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or technically related degree.
- Experience in radar cross section (RCS) design, Low Observable (LO) materials and processes
Desired Skills:
- Radar Cross Section Test Experience
- Experience with F-35 Signature team's software suite; ARCM and Joker
- Knowledge of the F-35 airframe design and coating materials and methods
- Experience in Production Support and MRB activities
- Knowledge of QADS, PDM, Matlab, Compuquest, and relational data bases
- Previous experience in Low Observables (LO), survivability, or susceptibility
- Ability to operate independently, perform with excellence, and take responsibility for maintaining overall integrity of the RCS Acceptance Testing process
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
