Description:We are Lockheed Martin
You will be the lead of the F-35 Business Ops team and OBS/CAM Trainer within Engineering & Technology (E&T).
You will lead the Business Ops team in supporting executive business operations tempos, for the F-35 Program (i.e. Development, International, Production, and Sustainment proposals).
In addition to leading the team, you will work across functions and communicate, mitigate, and solve issues related to the tracking of OBS manager/CAM account issues and training.
You will produce business rhythm metrics, hold business reviews and you will use those metrics and others to address and improve E&T team performance. The lead will also participate in process improvement initiatives related to business operations. This includes all aspects of the job, i.e. technical, cost and schedule execution.
As a Principal in the organization you will also be a resource for the leadership team as well as a mentor for those seeking guidance in the areas of Business Ops.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Lead your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and addressing issues, risks and opportunities
• Interacting with senior leadership in E&T, program management, sustainment, and stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining a Vemo staffing plan that supports evaluation of future staffing needs
• Performing personnel tasks including mentoring, training, assigning and directing work, and providing feedback for performance reviews. Will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 12 years of experience
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in STEM, Operations or Technical Management
• Project or Program Management experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment
• Expert in Business Operations and Earned Value, F-35 experience a plus
• Experience working across multiple disciplines, departments, or teams (such as Supply Chain, Contracts, Estimating/Pricing, Program Management)
• Prior team leadership experience
• Secret or higher security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience with 1LMX EV dashboards, ROADS, and VEMO
• F-35 Development, Customer Solutions, Sustainment, or Production experience
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent presentation skill
