The Work
This position is for a Project Specialist Sr in support of the Scalable S-Band Radar (SSR) Antenna Manager product line. This Project Specialist will report directly to an Antenna Control Processors Group First Line Manager within the Sensors and Effectors Radar Control and Signal Processing organization and will be responsible for the following:
• Development, approval and maintenance of the Cost Account Management (CAM)'s work scope in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Defining work package detail tasks and required resources.
• Providing schedule progress according to the established business rhythm, at least monthly
• Developing supporting data for schedule analysis including cost and risk impacts.
• Providing Earned Value performance
• Providing Estimate at Completion (EAC) assessment
• Developing and/or defining requirements (i.e., scope, period of performance, budget, etc.) within program constraints that will provide program management with a basis for issuing a Work Authorization Document (WAD) or form the basis for a requested change
• Reviewing and accepting WADs that have been issued to authorize work and generate external WADs whenever required
• Maintaining a budget baseline at the control account level in the PPM tool that is equal to the total budget authorized by the WAD
• Controlling accounts and charge number responsibilities
• Controlling account planning and performance responsibilities
• Performing analysis, evaluation, and reporting responsibilities
• Risk and opportunity management plan responsibilities
• Facilitating the regular collection of metrics to track team progress and providing a historical foundation for future initiatives
• Partnering with functional management to develop team staffing plans and conveying demand requirements for the Antenna Manager sub‑product
• Providing support to the Antenna Cross‑Product Team (CPT) for the Antenna Manager across all programs and baselines
This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level. This position is located at a Moorestown, NJ facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline with a concentration in computer science courses
• Minimum of 3 years of Engineering experience
• Proven experience with Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value
• Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification highly desired
• Strong data analysis skills, with experience in using data to drive business decisions and measure performance
• Experience in leading cross functional teams utilizing industry best practices
• Experience with requirements management
• Experience with product development and its relationship to system and software
• Ability to obtain & maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
• Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment with some skills in common scripting languages (ex: bash, Python)
• Familiar with Matlab and Doors tools
• Experience with Agile Principles, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Methodologies and Agile configuration Management tools (Git, JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience working in a team environment

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
