Description:The successful candidate will function as the Logistics Engineer Asc with the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) missile program supporting the Joint Flight Campaigns and other test events. Responsible for supporting range integration and comprehensive logistics support pre/during/post test events.
Reviews field support requirements and recommends tool and test equipment. Establishes calibration requirements for field systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks. Performs maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers. Reviews handbooks for technical adequacy. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support. Plans and contributes to proposal efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Able to travel regularly and support on-site testing for up to 2.5 months at a time.
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds of equipment.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience executing maintenance management or missile test experience
- Previous experience with Contractor Logistics Support Technician and/or field technician.
- Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Certification
- Secret security clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
