Knowledge Management Analyst

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Knowledge Management Analyst in support of Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics' (SOF AT&L) Directorate of Science & Technology (Dir S&T). Dir S&T supports the discovery, development, and delivery of game-changing SOF-peculiar technology to special operations warfighters, which supports integrated deterrence across the full spectrum of conflict.

This is a full-time position located at MacDill AFB, FL

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition program security of personnel, information, including special access, facilities, automated systems, and security operations
• Validate security clearance and eligibility data using DISS
• Administer courier operations and the authorization process
• Maintain security forms and the security container combination
• Maintain the SharePoint portal
• Work semi-annual PEO-level briefings
• Assist the Government Program Security Manager (GPSM) in mailing packages required by GPSM.
• Develop and update SAMP, APB, and FM spend plan documents,
• Oversees DoD 5000, JCIDS/SOFCIDS, and SOF unique processes for ACTA II and III programs

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area of study
Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience to include:

• 3 years of experience with data management, SharePoint, and record management.
• Functional experience as a military files or records management specialist is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Experience: Knowledgeable on the duties and functions required to perform Portal System Administration for the entire organization.
