Duties
Help

• Conducts operational reviews for all assigned functions throughout the Finance Branch.
• Monitors and evaluates operations and systems for effectiveness and compliance with internal controls; compliance with DOD and DFAS directives.
• Maintains systems security programs including establishing, validating, and maintaining system access authorization.
• Analyzes, evaluates, and applies systems policies and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an T3 (Secret) Investigation.
• PER AR 380-67, NON-US CITIZENS WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED T3 (SECRET) INVESTIGATION, THEREFORE, WILL BE UNABLE TO QUALIFY UNDER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 3 background investigation.

Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• Successful completion of a full 4 year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's degree that included 24 semester hours in accounting/auditing.
• Work experience performing the duties described above.

Transcripts MUST be uploaded at time of application and show where the degree was given by accredited college or university. Experience MUST be reflected on resume to receive credit.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":

• At least one (1) year of work experience successfully using Microsoft Power BI/Power Query?

Highly Preferred experience MUST be reflected on resume to receive credit.

Allowances and Differentials

• This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
• Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
