Job Description
The Building People, LLC, has an immediate opening for a Space Utilization Analyst supporting the U.S. Army Reserve. This position plays a key role in planning, analyzing, and managing facility utilization and long-range construction programs within the Regional Directorate.

We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional-someone comfortable working with data, Excel, and large-scale space planning initiatives. The ideal candidate can translate data into actionable insights, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and support mission-driven decision-making. Recent college graduates with strong analytical or facility planning backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage space utilization across multiple Army Reserve facilities.
  • Conduct data-driven studies to optimize use of personnel, equipment, and facility space.
  • Support force stationing actions-identifying, documenting, and analyzing relocation opportunities.
  • Evaluate requests from external entities for facility use and make informed recommendations.
  • Assist in developing space and area master plans to support three-year strategic planning goals.
  • Prepare and deliver professional reports and presentations to senior leadership.


Skills & Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (planning, data analytics, business, or engineering).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfort working with large data sets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience with military or federal real property planning is a plus.


Additional Details:
  • On-site position in Las Vegas, NV
  • Travel: 30-40% for meetings, briefings, and field assessments.
