I2X Technologies is seeking a SCRUM Master to support ongoing activities for a customer in Huntsville, AL . This position will be on-site and will require an active Secret clearance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. - Facilitate all team level events (PI Planning Team Breakouts, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Feature Elaboration, Sprint Review & Retro)
- Provides timely and accurate reporting of impediments, blockers, and risks to their Release Train Engineer
- Work with Release Train Engineer to set performance and growth targets for their teams
- Guides mentoring and development of agile team members
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt, and any ad hoc sessions called by RTE or Agile Coach
- Responsible for coordinating cross-team collaboration and dependencies and reporting them to the RTE
- Ensures teamwork, progress, and artifacts are transparent to all designated stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the program
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum workflow and Kanban
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
- SAFe Scrum Master certification (desired)
- Jira - issue tracking and agile project management, or similar tool
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Familiar with Agile project tools Verison1/Agility or Jira
