Peerless is seeking a Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) Integrator to design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures for industrial control environments. This role works closely with automation engineers, control system integrators, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of networks with ICS, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, HMIs, and other operational technologies. Candidates must have strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and control system architectures.
Key Duties
Network Design: Build secure, scalable network infrastructures for industrial automation, ensuring reliability and performance.
System Integration: Partner with engineers to integrate networks with control systems and devices.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues, perform root cause analysis, and support incident recovery.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and document network designs.
Collaboration: Coordinate with IT, automation, and cybersecurity teams; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
DoD electrical experience and/or Master Electrician license or Electrical Engineering background.
Ability to read/draft single-line diagrams and configure/test smart meters.
Experience with AF facility electrical systems (transformers, generators, switchgear, power distribution, metering).
3–10 years of relevant experience in facility power and control system networks.
Proven expertise in SCADA, PLCs, DCS, HMIs, and cybersecurity best practices.
Skilled with troubleshooting tools (multimeter, amp meter, Wireshark, etc.).
Active or eligible for Secret DoD Security Clearance.
