Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Manager. This position will report directly to the Manager of Security. This position will be based out of Chandler, AZ or Redondo Beach, CA with the requirement to be onsite at one of these locations. This is not a remote position.
This Project Manager role will enable success of an enterprise-wide, and industry leading physical security program. The selected candidate will join Enterprise Security Services as an individual contributor with goals that include shaping the assigned programs future, achieving customer approval, ensuring compliance to established requirements, maintaining continuity of operations, providing customer support, and leading overall growth of the program. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in maintaining detailed documentation, cross-functional and customer communication. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills are also required.

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $110,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of physical security projects and serve as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders
- Review status of projects and budgets, lead the applications Change Control Board, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives outlined in a Service Level Agreement
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing and programming physical security projects to include access control using Lenel OnGuard OR similar systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD TS/SCI level security clearance as a condition of continued employment
- US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD clearance up to TS/SCI
- Preferred experience in ICD 705, NISPOM, Access Control Systems, and applicable UL standards
- Preferred In-depth working knowledge of Lenel OnGuard with experience managing and programming
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledgeable in classified area security or DoD program management
