Eiden Systems Consulting is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join us for an upcoming proposal. This is on-site work at Fort Belvoir, VA (HQ), Battle Creek, MI, Columbus, OH, New Cumberland, PA, and/or Dayton, OH. As the Cybersecurity IAM Analyst you will provide enterprise-level identity and access management support across Defense Logistics Agency’s Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) environments. You will ensure proper authorization, account provisioning, and privileged access governance for SLA and supported DoD customers. Supporting the DLA Access Management Branch and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program in maintaining system confidentiality, integrity, and availability per DoD Directive 8570 and Instruction 8520.03.
Key Responsibilities:
Access Management Operations
• Perform daily account creation, modification, revalidation, and deactivation within DLA systems using the Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS)
• Validate and process System Access Authorization Requests (SARR/DD2875) for non-AMPS accounts (e.g., service accounts, DISA token requests)
• Conduct quarterly privileged user account revalidations and monthly account certifications for NIPR and SIPR systems
• Maintain audit-ready documentation in accordance with DLA Records Management policies
Token & Credential Support
• Coordinate with Trusted Agents for token issuance, PIN resets, and revocations per DoD Public Key
Infrastructure (PKI) guidelines
• Support Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) tenant users for SIPR token access and training updates
• Track token inventory and submit DD Form 2841 and 2842 for each tr
Incident & Ticket Management
• Monitor and resolve IAM tickets in the ITSM (ServiceNow) system within defined SLAs
• Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and coordinate with Directory Services, AMPS, and System
Administrators to resolve complex issues
• Maintain an ITSM Activity Report documenting tickets reviewed, processed, and completed monthly
Compliance & Reporting
• Generate and submit Quarterly Privileged User Revalidation Lists, Monthly Account Validation Reports, and ad-hoc metrics as directed by the COR
• Maintain compliance with DoD 8570-8140 certification requirements and participate in internal and external security audits
• Adhere to DLA and DoD IA policies, STIGs, and Zero Trust principles
Customer & Mission Support
• Provide support to the Agency Synchronization Operations Center (ASOC) for reservist account enablement and new account/token issuance
• Ensure accounts and tokens for reservists and DCAA users are validated, enabled, and tracked throughout their activation periods
• Deliver exceptional customer service to DLA end-users and mission partners across classified and unclassified networks
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field (or 4 years additional relevant experience)
• Active Secret clearance and SSBI (IT-I, Critical Sensitive) eligibility
• IAM Level 1 baseline certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent)
• Seven years of IT or Cybersecurity experience, including three years of DoD IAM operations
• Proficiency with AMPS, ServiceNow, Active Directory, PKI/Token Management, and DoD IAM policies
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience supporting DLA IAM or similar DoD enterprise programs
• Familiarity with DoD Instruction 8520.03 and DLA AMPS
• Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management best practices
• Excellent communication skills for government and stakeholder engagement
