Boeing's Government Training Engineering (GTE) team is looking for a Chief Engineer & Senior Manager for our St Louis, MO or Oklahoma City, OK location to support a variety of platforms in our Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) portfolio. This role includes oversight of the execution of all efforts in support of Aircrew and Maintenance training for the C-17 (Globemaster III) and E-7 (Wedgetail) platforms.

Position Responsibilities:
• Execution Leader for aforementioned mobility, surveillance and bombers platforms, including both domestic and international programs
• Management of the Principal Engineers & Product Managers assigned to the platforms
• Responsible for the technical integrity & safety of the training products & services
• Ensure cross-functional team performance & on-time delivery within allocated budgets
• Primary Customer Liaison for technical performance, design decision, & resolution of technical issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited course of study
• 3+ years of engineering/technical experience on aircraft or training solutions
• 1+ years of experience with agile, SAFe or other workflow management best practices
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
• 1+ years of engineering management experience
• 1+ years of e xperience leading cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of experience working with customers and/or suppliers
