Boeing Defense, Space, & Security (BDS) is seeking a highly qualified Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Expert) to lead and integrate estimate and modification activity supporting the US Executive Transport Fleet. Come join our C-32/C-40 team in Oklahoma City, OK.
Position Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Position Responsibilities:
- Work with engineers and other analysts to navigate issues and integration of multiple ongoing C-32/C-40 fleet modifications, estimates, and studies
- Gather and analyze information supporting integration of multiple Engineering Projects
- Manage budget and schedule for engineering projects, especially development of Rough Order of Magnitude estimates
- Act as primary project contact to meet customer requirements and project objectives
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans
- Review and recommend improvements to project Engineering Bases of Estimate

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Basic:
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years experience or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience (such as 13 years related work experience)
- 5+ years experience reviewing Bases of Estimate for completeness and adequacy as compared to specific engineering project requirements
- 5+ years experience managing project budgets and schedules
- 5+ years experience presenting project results and status to customers and senior leaders, including answering questions of a technical nature
Preferred:
- Experience providing guidance to other work groups in crafting detailed work statements for Engineering Project request submissions
- Demonstrated project leadership skills, including managing budgets allocated across multiple projects and ensuring on-time delivery of contract deliverables, including those for which they are not the author/creator
- Demonstrated customer interaction skills to include presenting, building relationships through frequent communication, and navigating difficult situations/conversations
