Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Mid-level Project Management Specialist to join our Chinook Program Management team in Ridley Park, PA.

This position will help lead the Chinook Germany Program through proposal development and program execution, as well as future program planning and strategy development. This individual will utilize Program Management Best Practices to lead medium to large scale sustainment efforts required to support aircraft delivery and in-country setup to ensure successful fielding for the German Air Force. This individual will be required to coordinate program planning and execution activity across various program stakeholders, including Boeing Sustainment and Production Teams, United States Government Organizations and German Government Organizations.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
  • Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, process improvement, program initiatives
  • Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
  • Directs all phases of projects from inception through completion across various project stakeholders
  • Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
  • Communicates all project phase analysis/status to Senior Program Leadership


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years' experience with Program / Project management, or related leadership experience
  • 3+ years' experience implementing process and/or strategy improvements
  • 3+ years of experience developing proposal data
  • Experience working with and/or managing contractors, subcontractors or suppliers
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience developing and executing Integrated Logistics Sustainment strategies, plans, goals and objectives
  • Experience with customers operating in a European Military Airworthiness Requirements (EMAR) Environment
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales Customers

Summary pay range: $93,500 - $126,500
