Description:
You will be the Electromechanical Engineer for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 2 Rapid Combat Capability (RCC) program. Our team delivers high performance missile systems, and you will drive the creation of telemetry harnesses that enable the next generation of rapid strike capability.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electromechanical Engineer, you will develop and qualify the wiring harnesses that connect critical missile subsystems. You will translate system requirements into detailed Zuken interconnect diagrams, generate model based harness layouts, and ensure every harness is built, tested, and documented to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and modeling telemetry harnesses in Zuken and producing complete Bill of Materials.
• Creating model based routing and layout packages that meet size, weight, and power constraints.
• Supporting procurement: obtaining quotes, coordinating with the model shop and external vendors, and overseeing harness build up.
• Defining acceptance test criteria, performing verification on receipt, and documenting results in Windchill.
• Executing Material Review Board (MRB) actions, updating engineering change records, and maintaining configuration control.
• Collaborating with structural, thermal, electrical, and mechanical designers, as well as subcontractors, planning, and quality teams.
• Providing technical support throughout design release, assembly, inspection, and test phases.
• Traveling as needed to supplier sites or the PrSM RCC facility to resolve issues and validate hardware.

Basic Qualifications:
-Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance
-Must have working experience with CREO
-Must have working experience with Zuken
Desired Skills:
-Windchill Experience
-Experience with harness design, development and production.
-CCA design experience
-Model based design experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
