Job Description
Integrity ISR is seeking a qualified Cyber Courseware Developer to design and deliver a comprehensive Initial Skills Training (IST) course for enlisted Cyberspace Guardians. This course, referred to as Enlisted Training Course (ETC) - Cyber, will support the Chief of Space Operations' directive for technical depth in cyberspace operations for Guardians.
Responsibilities
- Develop a complete IST curriculum tailored to cyberspace operations in support of space missions.
- Deliverables include:
- Course Outline
- Course Resource Estimate (CRE)
- Plan of Instruction (POI)
- Lesson Plans
- Instructor Slide Decks with Notes Pages
- Student Assessments (evaluation material, checklists, and tests)
- Supporting documentation including analysis and rationale for curriculum decisions
- TLAW and POI formats
- Recommend and incorporate industry certifications as approved, ensuring proper sequencing and accounting for course length and design
- Make recommendations on equipment solutions needed to meet STS training requirements. If government-provided equipment or range is available and appropriate, integrate it into the curriculum
- Other duties as directed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Cyber Defense Operations, with recent experience (within last 2 years) in Cyber Defense Operations fields 5C0X1D, 1D7XXX, 25D, 1721, CWE, or equivalent
- Familiarity with USSF/USAF training standards and instructional design
- 3 years experience in curriculum/lesson development
- Demonstrated experience in briefing senior leaders/decision makers
Required Education/Certification
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- University bachelor's degree in science or management.
