Job Description
This role focuses on the development, documentation, and implementation of advanced cyber capabilities to meet NATO operational needs. The position requires hands-on experience in system engineering, particularly in military cyber defense and information systems, and involves close collaboration with stakeholders from government, academia, and industry.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in system engineering activities, including definition, implementation and engineering of operational/military concepts throughout the complete capability life cycle
- Hands-on experience in architecture drafting, preferably using NATO Architectural Framework (NAF) or similar standard (e.g. TOGAF)
- Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating and executing workshops for various stakeholders including governmental agencies, academia and industry.
- Demonstrated experience in briefing senior leaders/decision makers
- Management level experience does not qualify.
Required Education/Certification
- Active US or NATO Secret Clearance
- University master's degree in engineering or computer science OR bachelor's degree with 5 recent years of experience in system engineering, capability concept development in a military context
- CISSP/CISSM Certifications OR GIAC Security Expert
- Expert-level PMP Certification, AXELOS MSP Certification OR PPQ Certification

Job Description
This role focuses on the development, documentation, and implementation of advanced cyber capabilities to meet NATO operational needs. Responsibilities
- Plan, Coordinate, and Execute Workshops:
Organize workshops for stakeholders including governmental agencies, academia, and industry. - Develop Cyber Capabilities:
- Build and Maintain Communities of Interest:
Foster collaboration among NATO organizations, nations, industry, and academia to support cyberspace capability development. - Validate Products Through Stakeholder Engagement:
Use established communities to develop and validate products and solutions resulting from capability development tasks. - Support Capability Development Activities:
Contribute to feasibility studies, foresight analysis, technical and operational analysis, and experimentation campaigns. - Participate in Meetings and Events:
Inform, organize, and participate in meetings, workshops, conferences, and other events, with travel generally within NATO boundaries (up to 20 days per year). - Perform Additional Contract-Related Tasks:
Carry out other tasks as required by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR).
