A Day in the Life – What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and debug high-performance software for radar digital signal processing in support of deep space object identification and tracking
Collaborate with hardware engineers and system architects to integrate GPU-accelerated computing solutions into radar systems
Research, analyze, and design logical and mathematical solutions for mission-critical applications
Develop and maintain compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems to meet DoD software standards
Conduct multidisciplinary R&D to expand radar digital signal processing capabilities
Prepare system documentation, technical operating instructions, and software validation reports
Required Qualifications
Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance
Education & Experience:
Band Level 4: Bachelor’s + 8 years, Master’s + 6 years, or PhD + 4 years
Band Level 5: Bachelor’s + 12 years, Master’s + 10 years, or PhD + 8 years
Minimum 2 years of experience with CUDA, including libraries such as cuFFT and cuBLAS
Minimum 5 years of C++ development experience
At least 2 years of experience with Linux environments
Experience with signal data processing
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with radar systems or radar signal processing
Familiarity with NVIDIA MatX library
Experience using containerization tools such as Docker or Podman
Strong background in high-performance computing (HPC) for mission systems
