iGov is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Task Order Project Manager to serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Serve as the authorized point of contact with the Government COR and interface directly with DLA management personnel.
• Prepare and present an executive overview at contract start, detailing plans to manage scope, schedule, and resources.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and prepare ad hoc presentations for DLA management as required.
• Lead all staffing of tasks, manage project personnel, and create personnel and project schedules.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of all contract personnel, including the submission of Non-Disclosure Agreements and management of the CAC process.
• Formulate and enforce work standards and communicate all Government policies, purposes, and goals to the contract team.
• Hold responsibility for the overall management of the task order, ensuring all technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time.
• Manage project operations and performance, resolve issues, review work discrepancies, and allocate resources as needed.
• Ensure the four regional LAN leads work together in a standardized manner.
Essential Required Experience & Skills:
• Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.) plus five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III (CISSP or CISM)
• Must possess an active DOD Secret clearance at time of proposal submission.
Educational Requirements:
BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
