Lead overall execution of a large, remote Network Operations (NETOPS) task order for DLA—covering planning, staffing, quality, budget, and stakeholder engagement.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Serve as primary interface to the Government for scope, schedule, risk, staffing, and financials.
• Own Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), program baselines, performance metrics/SLAs, and quality management.
• Direct geographically distributed NETOPS teams delivering enterprise LAN/WLAN sustainment and firewall operations.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, staffing plans, onboarding, and 30/60/90 readiness for surge/transition.
• Lead governance: weekly status, IPTs, corrective actions, risk/issue registers, and deliverable reviews
• Ensure compliance with RMF, STIGs, change/configuration management, and Problem/Incident processes (ITIL).
• Drive cost control, EVM‑style tracking or equivalent, and CPARs‑oriented outcomes.
• Continuous improvement, knowledge management, and standardized SOPs/MOPs across sites.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• PMP or Program Management certifications from accredited institutions.
• 5 years of experience in program management and 10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Experience with DLA/Defense logistics environments; familiarity with ACAS/Tenable, STIGs, RMF.
• 8+ years leading complex IT/network operations programs in DoD/federal environments.
• Demonstrated success managing $10M+ multi‑site programs and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with enterprise networks (LAN/WLAN), service delivery, and KPI/SLA reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive briefing skills.
Certifications & Clearance:
• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency
• PMP or relevant project management certification from a nationally recognized authority
