NOTE: This Position is contingent upon award of funds.

Torch Technologies is seeking a Part-Time person to serve as a Non-Program of Record (NPOR) Aviation FMS Program Integrator, responsible for assisting multiple International Program Managers in managing the execution of case lines for their respective countries. Responsibilities will require the use of a diverse span of disciplines related to management and support of the assigned program's sustainment functions utilizing systems.

As a FMS Program Integrator your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
  • Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) for case development.
  • Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) for logistics management and repair & return.
  • General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for financial tracking.
  • ShareIt for executing financial requirements.
  • Task Management Tool (TMT) for initiating and answering taskers.
  • Case Management Application (CMA) for routine case status reporting.


Job Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in contract interpretation, budget development and administration of government projects.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multi-contractor team environment to respond to short-notice requests for data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • The position requires that the candidate currently holds an active secret level security clearance to access classified information.
  • Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in the candidate being ineligible for this position.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Security Assistance regulations, policies, procedures and directives to support and properly manage assigned programs.
  • The success of these programs are dependent on a Program Integrator who has the ability to perform as an effective liaison via written and oral communication with appropriate organizations responsible for elements of each program to include:
  • PEO Aviation, INRAP, Cargo International, PM Fixed Wing, Systems Readiness Directorate, Aviation Field Maintenance Directorate, USASAC, SATFA, SATMO, CECOM, TACOM, JMC, LOGSA, PM Air Warrior, and PM Aviation Mission Systems & Architecture, as well as systems/component original equipment manufacturers.
