Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), provider automated software testing, data analysis, and cybersecurity solutions for complex, mission-critical systems in the US Department of Defense (DOD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for its Summer Internship Program with a concentration in Information Technology Support.

Information Technology Support Interns work alongside our Service Desk Team to provide world class technology support under the direct supervision of the Helpdesk Team Lead.

Information Technology Support Intern

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program with a major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Networking, or related field
• Experience with common software applications and hardware components

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and solving technical issues within the Windows operating system
• Customer service experience, preferably 1 year
• Current college juniors/rising seniors preferred
