Position Overview:
Title: Senior Systems Maintainer / Trainer (Spectrum XXI)
Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ (fully onsite) – Can assist with relocation!
Duration: 4+ year program
Clearance: Active DoD Secret (TS/SCI preferred)
Support: U.S. Army
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hands-on and classroom training for end users on Spectrum XXI
• Develop, update, and maintain training courseware and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems in a lab environment to support training and operations
• Support integration of Spectrum XXI with other intelligence and communications systems
• Work directly with Army personnel to ensure training aligns with operational mission requirements
Required Qualifications:
• 6 years of MOS operational experience as a Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer/Integrator (35T) or equivalent Navy, Marine Corps, or Air Force specialty in support of authorized intelligence activities (per AR 381-10) within the last 10 years
• Completion of 35T SLC, or 351T WOBC/WOAC
• Experience integrating Military Intelligence Systems into DISN and Army Battle Command Systems
• Current knowledge of IT industry standards and certification practices with the ability to obtain and maintain CompTIA Security+ certification
• Ability to analyze, execute, and teach a systems approach to troubleshooting and repairing Military Intelligence Systems using advanced diagnostic tools, LAN/WAN, server/client configuration, and network compliancy tasks
• General knowledge of Intelligence Doctrine, Products, and Enterprise utilization supporting processing, distribution, and exploitation of intelligence data
Preferred:
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Prior formal instructor or trainer experience
• Direct experience training or supporting Spectrum XXI users
