The ideal candidate will ensure that SharePoint solutions align with enterprise policies, security frameworks, and user productivity goals while driving system adoption and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user and mission requirements to define functional and cross-functional specifications for enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Lead SharePoint design, configuration, and governance planning to ensure compliance with organizational and DoD-level security standards.
- Define and document workflows, permissions, and metadata structures to support content management and automation.
- Collaborate with technical, cybersecurity, and mission teams to guide system design, testing, and deployment.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Develop and maintain documentation including business rules, functional requirements, and configuration guides.
- Provide mentorship, task direction, and daily oversight to supporting analysts or administrative staff.
- Deliver training, user support, and adoption strategies to ensure successful utilization of collaboration tools.
Required Skills:
- BA/BS degree in a technical or business discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or SharePoint Lead
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint site design, permissions, workflows, and governance structures
- Experience defining and documenting business processes and translating them into system specifications
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) preferred
- Understanding of DoD cybersecurity and RMF principles a plus
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Active DoD Secret clearance
