Opportunity:

Our partner is searching for an experienced Security Specialist to join our dynamic IT team in Fort Meade, MD. In this role you will support enterprise security operations by leveraging tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and Azure Monitoring to detect, investigate, and respond to threats. The role requires strong skills in KQL for reporting and threat analysis, along with the ability to enhance security posture through continuous monitoring and proactive detection. The ideal candidate is a technician on a level III, IV or V.

Required Skills:

• Sentinel
• Azure Monitoring
• Detection and Investigation of Threats (analysis)
• KQL Knowledge to create reports

Preferred Skills:

• Enhanced Security features

Requirements

• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status.
• An active TS/SCI with MPO Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) Security Clearance is required.
• Must work on-site in Fort Meade, MD.
