Responsibilities:
- Enhances the user experience (UX) and communication effectiveness within the IT Service Management (ITSM) Framework
- Possesses expertise in visual design, UX/WX principles, and ITSM processes to create engaging and informative visual solutions that improve service delivery, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement
- Leads the development of visual assets, dashboards, and interactive tools that enhance the usability and understanding of ITSM processes and data
- Designs and develops visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards, reports, and infographics to effectively communicate ITSM data and information, and creates interactive visualizations and simulations to illustrate ITSM processes
- Analyzes user needs and behaviors to optimize the design and usability of ITSM interfaces and tools, conducts user research and testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience, and collaborates with ITSM Tool Developers to ensure that visual design aligns with UX principles
- Develops and maintains a visual style guide for ITSM communications and documentation, and provides direction and mentorship to subordinate staff
- Visual design and UX/WX principles experience
- Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch experience
- ITSM frameworks and dashboard/report design experience
- Experience supporting DoD Combatant Commands

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
