Belvoir, VA. The Dedicated Engineer - Network Operations (DENO) offe rs an opportunity to serve as a technical expert supporting secure voice and network solutions for federal clients, specializing in the configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of advanced communications systems.

Responsibilities of the Dedicated Engineer - Network Operations (DENO) include:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on specialized network and telephony products in a customer-facing role.
- Configure and integrate VoIP, SIP, and telephony systems, including exposure to Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Conduct lab-based evaluations of new software and hardware to support technical initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues through fault isolation, triage, replication, and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal support and product teams, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
Qualifications for the Dedicated Engineer - Network Operations (DENO) include:
- Active Secret Clearance and compliance with DoD 8570/8140 certification requirements.
- Strong background in telephony, VoIP, SIP, and network operations.
- Familiarity with relevant network and communications products (training available if needed).
- Willingness to work onsite at federal or government-related locations as required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in technical customer environments.
Compensation for the Dedicated Engineer - Network Operations (DENO):
- Salary Range: starting at $100,000/year
