PROGRAM SR MANAGER
The PM shall be available to the COR and Contracting Officer during normal business hours and shall be available during all other times as required. A phone number, address, and where the PM can be reached 24 hours daily must be provided to the on-site Government representative, COR, and the Contracting Officer. The PM, shall maintain accurate contact information throughout the periods of performance and will notify the COR of any changes within 3 days of the occurrence.

The position of PM shall meet the following qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline.
- 12 or more years of managerial experience within SOCCENT, JSOTF, or other DoD or equivalent Government agencies, such as Intelligence Communities and Department of Homeland Security.
- Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Preferred:
- Master's degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline.
- Defense Acquisition University DAWIA or Back-2-Basics Program Managements Certifications or PMP or equivalent.
