Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is currently looking for a Mid-level Manufacturing Technology Analyst - Supply Chain Integration to join the team located in Berkeley, MO.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2) and Mid-Level (Level 3) Analysts.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and uniquely tailor procurement strategy by program/project - includes but not limited to:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Security Clearances:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

- Integrating the Manufacturing Engineering building plan, the Design Engineering release plan, the Supplier Management procurement plan, and with Operations to ensure overall programs/projects are executable.
- Develops, documents, and implements processes and tools in support of projects and programs.
- Applicants must also be willing to work flexible hours, overtime and occasional weekends when necessary to support factory and operations activities.
Develop and uniquely tailor procurement strategy by program/project - includes but not limited to:
- Advanced procurement of raw materials to support accelerated lead-times.
- Advanced procurement of structural parts without full engineering release.
- Coordinate with design and supplier management on panstock/fastener requirements and procurement.
- Collaborates with Supplier Management on placement of work (bid lists, cost, labor analysis).
- Setting an operating rhythm/organization for a program in terms of data management.
- Analyze and develop reports or Prepare reports to measure performance to plan.

- 1 or more years' experience assisting with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
